ANDE - National Electricity Administration

In order to improve the quality of service provided to its clients, ANDE offers a system for invoice inquiries, power outage claims, and other relevant information. This system enables clients to quickly obtain the requested information and optimize the resolution time of their claims. Upon completion of a claim, an SMS with the claim number will be sent.

Additionally, ANDE offers a service called "MY ANDE," where contract holders can freely access:
- Consultation and download of the 15 most recent issued invoices.
- Access to comparative graphs of their consumption and amount history over the past 12 months.
- Management of message notifications sent to their mobile phones or any other designated numbers. Clients can select which notifications they wish to receive, such as meter reading dates, billed consumption, invoice issuance, due dates, payment reminders, scheduled or overdue disconnection notices, and payment confirmations.
- Protection against unauthorized access to supply data.
- Submission of meter readings for billing purposes.
